Buena Vista Catalogue Co. (“BVCC,” “we,” “us,” and/or “ourselves”), located at 500 South Buena Vista Street, Burbank, CA 91521, is the operator for the Disney Studios Collector Cards subscription series. BVCC is a member of The Walt Disney Family of Companies (which includes The Walt Disney Company and all of its subsidiary and affiliated entities, including companies such as “ABC” and “ESPN”). By accepting the introductory offer, you agree to the terms of this Subscription Agreement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your introductory shipment, you may cancel your subscription by returning your introductory shipment within 10 days of receipt and notifying us that you want to cancel your subscription. We will refund any money you may have paid to us, including applicable sales tax associated with your introductory shipment, as part of our 10-Day Risk-Free Preview Guarantee. If you keep the introductory shipment, you will be sent two Disney Studios Collector Cards packs (with each pack containing 8 individual cards) every 4-6 weeks at the regular subscription price of $7.95 each pack plus shipping and processing and sales tax (where applicable).
There is no minimum number of shipments you need to buy and you may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying customer service. You will be billed automatically upon shipment of collectors card packs after the introductory shipment unless you advise us prior to the shipment date that you wish to cancel your subscription. We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent behavior, excessive returns, nonpayment, or any other behavior deemed unacceptable by us.
Shipping and processing charges of $3.95 (plus applicable sales tax in California and Wisconsin) are added to each regular priced shipment. Shipping and processing charges are subject to change. On occasion, items may be shipped separately; however, additional shipping and processing charges will not be applied. Expedited shipping is not available.
When you join the Disney Studios Collector Cards subscription series, you provide us with information regarding your preferred credit card for billing purposes. We will charge your credit card for your introductory shipment and thereafter upon each successive collector cards shipment, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping and processing charges. You may change your preferred credit card at any time by contacting customer service. We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
If you return your introductory shipment within 10 days of receipt and provide notice informing us that you want to cancel your subscription, we will cancel your subscription and refund any money you may have paid to us, including applicable sales tax associated with your introductory shipment, as part of our 10-Day Risk-Free Preview Guarantee. Subsequent shipments may be returned for a refund of money paid to us, including shipping and processing costs and applicable sales tax, within 60 days, provided such returns are accompanied by a written request for refund. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund credit to appear on your credit card account.
Replacement of Damaged/Undelivered Shipment(s):
Shipment items that are damaged, defective or incorrect may be returned for replacement within 60 days, provided such returns are accompanied by a written description of the problem and a request for replacement. We will promptly replace such damaged, defective or incorrect items at our expense upon receipt of the damaged, defective or incorrect items and appropriate written notice. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a shipment, you may contact customer service and we will send you a replacement product. Claims for non-delivery must be made to us within 21 days of the shipment date. We reserve the right to ship orders with a signature required to ensure delivery to the proper person or household.
The introductory shipment may not be combined with any other promotional offer, including coupons or rebates. All collector cards packs are subject to availability. Subscriptions are limited to customers residing in the United States, excluding its territories, possessions, APO’s and FPO’s and may be withdrawn at any time. Your subscription is intended for personal use only and is not intended for resale or other commercial purposes. Violations to this policy are strictly prohibited. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe. Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California and Wisconsin. Limit: one subscription per household. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses, or U.S. territories. All applications to subscribe to the Disney Studios Collector Cards subscription series are subject to review. We reserve the right at any time and for any reason to request additional information, to reject any application, or to cancel any subscription. At times we may issue special discounts, offers, or promotions or codes for other items. These promotions may not be combined with any other offer, including coupons or rebates. Codes are non-transferable and restrictions may apply. Any violation of this policy may result in additional charges to your account, termination of your subscription, or other remedial action. All offers and pricing are subject to change.
Change of Personal Information:
It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to your subscriber information, including your billing and shipping address, and credit card number and expiration date. Keeping your account information current can help you avoid misdirected product shipments, cancelled shipment orders and termination of your subscription.
